ORDERING INFORMATION:
The merchandise shown on our web site is by no means our entire inventory. For access to ALL our parts, accessories, and apparel you may call 513-522-7300. Call between 9:00am and 4:00pm Tuesday through Friday, or 9:00am to 2:00pm Saturday. There is NO MINIMUM ORDER.
NOTE: The presence of an item on our website does NOT guarantee that we have that item in stock. When back orders occur, we process them with utmost efficiency to fulfill your request as fast as possible. You will be notified via email or phone call quickly when a part or product you have ordered is not in stock. Once you approve the special order a 25% restocking fee will be assessed without acceptation.
The cost of a Special Order part is charged to your card when your order is confirmed. We will send the Special Order item to you as quickly as possible, however manufacturing schedules are out of our control. Special Order parts, accessories and apparel will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Be sure that you want the item before you commit to it.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
At Cadre Cycle we make every effort to ship all packages quickly, accurately, and safely. Acts of God(hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and yes viruses) are out of our control and will delay everything. All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves Cadre. But please, when you receive a package, open it and inspect the contents immediately to be sure your order is correct and that it arrived in good condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of the received date. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. There are no exceptions.
PAYMENT:
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for all orders.
DAMAGED GOODS:
Be sure to save all packing materials. If a part is lost (box broken open) or damaged in transit, you should immediately notify us. Do not return the part until you have contacted us FIRST, as this would make it impossible to collect on a claim from the carrier. Call us at 513-522-7300.
RETURNS:
Items showing evidence of installation or wear will not be accepted. Or a item packaged in heat shrink from the manufacturer that has been removed from the heat shrink will not be accepted. Once an item has been installed, it is considered used, and is not eligible for return.
IMPORTANT: ALL shipping costs — both ways — that means the cost of shipping the outbound original order to you, as well as any costs related to returns or exchanges, are YOUR responsibility — EXCEPT in the case of an error on our part. You must first contact our parts department by phone at 513-522-7300 for a Return Authorization number. Returned merchandise that comes to us without a Return Authorization number will be refused and returned to you at your expense, or it will be considered abandoned. Returns sent to us COD will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
Returns MUST be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and must be returned in original packaging. (By this we mean the manufacturer’s original packaging, if applicable, not the shipping carton it came in.) With a marker, write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box where it is clearly visible. Then by US Parcel Post, UPS, FedEx or whichever method is most affordable and/or convenient for you, send it to:
